Eduhook Private Limited Access & Provisioning Policy

1. Access Methods: Upon successful subscription or purchase, schools will receive credentials or a unique access link via the registered email to start using the School Management App.

2. Provisioning Time: Once a subscription is confirmed, access is typically granted immediately. However, in some cases, provisioning might take up to 24 hours.

3. Subscription Activation: After receiving the access credentials or link, schools are advised to activate their subscription promptly. Failure to activate within 7 days might require re-verification.

4. Multi-Campus Access: If your institution has multiple campuses or branches, please ensure you choose the appropriate subscription tier or contact our support team for custom provisioning.

5. Technical Issues: Should you face any technical challenges or cannot access the app, contact our support team immediately at billing@eduhook.com.

6. Onboarding & Training: Eduhook Private Limited offers onboarding sessions and training webinars. Schools are advised to schedule these promptly after subscription to ensure smooth implementation.

7. Data Migration: If you’re migrating from another system, our team can assist with data migration. Reach out to our technical team for guidance and best practices.

8. Subscription Renewal: You will receive a notification prior to your subscription’s expiration. To ensure uninterrupted access, renew your subscription in a timely manner.
