At Eduhook Private Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional value with our School Management App. We understand that circumstances may change, so we offer the following cancellation and refund options:
Refund Policy
- 7-Day Refund Window: New customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if not satisfied with our services.
- Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Data Handling: Upon refund processing, school access to the app will be deactivated. All school data will be permanently deleted after 30 days, in compliance with data protection regulations.
Cancellation Terms
- Subscription Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their admin dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Mid-Term Cancellations: For cancellations after the 7-day refund period, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle with no partial refunds provided.
- Renewal Prevention: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the renewal date to prevent automatic billing.
Additional Terms
- Service Fees: Costs for custom onboarding, setup, integration services, or training sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
- Usage Limitations: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the app has been used extensively during the refund period.
- Data Backup: Customers are responsible for exporting and backing up their data before requesting cancellation or refund.
